Environmental Compliance Audits
Among the services offered by Weecycle Environmental are compliance assessments, compliance planning and permit application preparation for all major environmental regulatory programs.
Weecycle, through the use of compliance and management assessments, assist clients in the development of practical solutions to environmental concerns. A complete report is prepared and reviewed with appropriate personnel so a corrective plan of action can be developed, if discrepancies are noted. This report will document all activities, findings, and conclusions. From this report issues can be prioritized and incorporated in a management plan to ensure future compliance. Training of staff in all areas of compliance and safe operating procedures is available.
Hazard Communication Programs & Permitting
Weecycle staff has considerable experience in helping clients comply with the SARA Title III reporting requirements. By completing a Hazardous Chemical Inventory, compiling site specific MSDS manuals, a Chemical Inventory and a Toxic Chemical Release Inventory facilities remain on track, and in compliance with the Communitys Right To Know Regulation. Our project managers take a comprehensive approach to designing an operating permit. Weecycle Environmental evaluates generator status and completes necessary permits to keep your facility in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Once a complete audit of the on site hazardous chemicals and the chemical storage areas are complete a site-specific emergency response plan and procedures can be developed.
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulates discharges of effluent and storm water into surface waters. Weecycles staff can identify contaminants and their limits based on EPA guidelines. Wellhead Protection Programs and Storm Water Plans are designed and implemented.

Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Disposal

Weecycle Environmental has the technology to safely handle the reduction and recycling of fluorescent light bulbs. We utilize an apparatus that traps all fluorescent light bulb components in a drum and filters out the harmful mercury vapors by means of a negative pressure system.
